During the stay
We would like your visit to Vacances Vaugrenier to be enjoyable and relaxing. Here we have gathered some important Information, which hopefully you will find useful during your stay.
Parking in the Les Hauts de Vaugrenier area.
As in most other places the parking spots in Les Hauts de Vaugrenier are in great demand. We try to encourage the French owners to respect our owners’ parking spaces. Unfortunately it’s also the case that the guests and owners of Vacances Vaugrenier themselves don’t use the spaces assigned to the specific apartment. So we must strongly urge our owners and guests to use the space assigned to the apartment. If in doubt as to which space goes with the apartment please check the list below where the number of the space is specified.

Check In
You can check in from 4 pm on Saturday. On check in a tourist tax for the period must be paid, as well as an Internet fee. During check in we will tell you about the area and show you around with a map of the area and which facilities are available locally and in the area.
On arriving outside business hours at the office, you will find keys and instructions in the key box.
Welcome meeting Sunday morning
Every Sunday morning a welcome meeting is held in the reception area for our guests and owners. At the meeting you will be told about the communal facilities in Vacances Vaugrenier and activities in the area and along the coast.
The meeting is held every Sunday in the reception area from 11:00- Noon.
Bed Linen, Towels And The Final Cleaning
The use of the apartment includes bed linen, towels and the final cleaning on the day of departure.
Tourist Tax
A tourist tax of € 1.30 will be charged per day per person from the age of 18. This is to be settled upon arrival and no later than on departure.
Internet
Each apartment has now full Internet service and in this regard a fee of € 10 per week has been introduced. This is to be settled upon arrival and no later than on departure.
Trash
Trash, glass and plastic must be emptied into the correct trash dumpster for recycling. If in doubt as to their location, please ask the reception.
Pets
Pets are allowed but not on the furniture because of people with allergies who might arrive after your stay. We charge € 20 for pets.
Tennis
You can rent tennis rackets and balls for € 5 per week at reception.
The Pool.
The pool by reception is open from May till October, 9:00am – 9:00 pm.
The Restaurant in Les Hauts de Vaugrenier
The Restaurant Club House offers special “formule” during the week. Special events are held every month. Check the notice by the restaurant what and when this happens. The restaurant also offers free delivery in the area.
“The Village”
Within walking distance of reception by the lake and the restaurant is “The “Village. There is a bar, a grocery store and a pharmacy. The grocery store is open every day. Here you will also find a hairdresser and a doctor.

TV
Please do not change the programmed channels on your television. Ask reception if you have problems with your TV.
Check Out
Check out is Saturday no later than 10:00 am. Later departure will result in a fee of € 50 per hour afterwards. If departure is prior to 8:00 am, please inform the reception area about returning keys, etc.
